Every Body Has a Story.

I’m here for yours.

When you slow down and give the body the right kind of attention, it usually knows exactly how to find its way back to balance.

Over a decade of teaching yoga and using the practice to discover embodiment, I have realized how much of the time, I am disconnected with my body, that bodywork, in whatever form or modality can return that connection and awareness to you.

I’ve been in private practice since 2022, and every session I offer is designed for you. I’m not a one-size-fits-all therapist—your body and your needs guide the work we do together.

Where Care Meets Purpose

At Sankalpa, the Bodywork Is More Than a Massage, It’s a Craft.

Therapeutic massage, customized to your needs, relieves pain, reduces tension, and improves mobility. This targeted treatment supports healing whether you're recovering from injury, managing stress, or maintaining wellness.

Therapeutic Massage

Cupping therapy uses suction to gently lift the skin and underlying tissue, helping increase blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and support recovery. It’s commonly used for pain relief, inflammation, and improving overall circulation.

Cupping

FaschiAshi massage is a deep tissue technique where the therapist uses their feet to apply slow, consistent pressure. It helps relieve chronic pain and release tight muscles without the discomfort of more aggressive deep tissue methods.

I had the best massage with Sarah today! She was professional, compassionate, and very in tune with what my body needed. I left feeling amazing — highly recommend Sarah!

Sarah has supported me in healing some long standing issues from injuries and I am always confident that she will get to the root of whatever is causing the issue. Beyond her skill as a therapist and knowledge of the body, she is so tuned into the energy and emotional aspects. Any highly skilled body worker gets those pieces and she does!
